130,000 residents of Northern California in the United States were asked to leave their homes on Sunday, for fear of spill from the Oroville Dam.
Following the evacuation order, over five hours later, hundreds of cars carrying panicked and angry people, were sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic, according to the ABC News
The Oroville Dam is the U.S. tallest dam at 770 ft high and it is located 150 miles north east of San Francisco.
It is like a war that has been announced before outbreak, which does not kill the lame.
The announcement and evacuation order will enable affected people to run for the their lives, just as witnessed in the days of Noah, when God told him to build an ark for their safety for himself and family and everything God ordered him to put in the ark, to avoid perishing with the flood.
