Boko-Haram Shedding Blood of Innocent Children

How long will innocent Nigerian children be scapegoats in the war against the Nigeria by Boko-Haram? The question follows a news report today that another 42 Nigeria children have been slaughtered by the religious zealots, north east of the country.
The rate the Boko-Haram insurgents have been killing Nigerian children in their sleep has compelled the senate to ask the country's army chief of staff, Major General Kenneth Minimah, to move his office to an army location in the the troubled area.
Many Nigerians are worried about the emergence of the religious terrorist organization and its menace in that part of the country. It has been said that Boko-Haram represents a means to create disaffection for the government by those who don't like the current administration in the country. All sorts of theories have been advanced as to the cause of the killers' emergence.
Some people have said that it has been caused by the rising poverty and level of illiteracy in the north, just like kidnapping has become a staple in some parts of the South, where high rate of unemployment among university and non-university graduates has become a threat to law and order. Many people have argued that the terrorists have been shedding blood of the innocent.
Virtually every Nigerian believe that the Boko-Haram 's menace is a threat to continuity of Goodluck Jonathan's administration. Yet, people are amiss that the administration seems to lack the wisdom to tackle Boko-Haram's acts of terrorism. People say that the country has the resources to enlist and train unemployed youths; raise the monthly income of the police with improve condition of service and raise a counter force against terrorism. But they say the government seems to have accepted using low morale police and the armed forces.
People have observed that the terrorists keep coming to commit atrocities while people are asleep. And people are asking why a large number of armed men cannot be kept to keep vigil day and night in the troubled in affected areas, to ward off Boko-Haram's menace than accepting mourning upon mourning of innocent children?
