President Barack Obama said on Friday, in an impromptu speech in the White House that Russia should honor its words, not to intervene militarily in embattled Ukraine.  He warned, "there will be costs for any military intervention in Ukraine. Any violation of ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity would be deeply destabilizing, which is not in the interest of Ukraine, Russia or Europe,"
