Central Bank Accuses Petroleum Ministry of Fraud

  There are reports in some Nigerian newspapers of an alleged swindle of the country by the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, based on a letter from the Central Bank governor, Lamido Sanusi to President Goodluck Jonathan , that the corporation has failed to account for a larger part of oil proceeds from July 2012.
