Trump, Hillary and Sanders
November 29 2015 By Abiodun Giwa

This big guy was running down the escalator. He wore a brown jeans pant and a white T-shirt that has 'political revolution' inscribed on the back.
"He will humble Donald Trump," he said aloud. "You wait and see."
The guy following behind, and who saw the inscription on his vest had thought he was a Trump supporter, since Trump is one candidate making waves on the political scene.
But when the guy following behind heard what the guy with the political vest said, he wondered and moved faster on the escalator to catch a glimpse of his face, and that gave him the opportunity to see that it was 'Bernie Sander Political Organization' that was inscribed in front of the vest.
He then asked the guy with Bernie Sanders vest, after he realized that he was actually talking in support of Sanders to denigrate Trump. "But Sanders is not even in the front in the Democratic Party's poll, how are you sure Sanders would defeat Hillary Clinton to then humble Trump?"
"Sanders will defeat Hillary. You wait and see. Hillary is not for the people. She is for corporate interests. Sander will defeat her and will later humble Trump." The Sander supporter's challenger decidedly went his way, realizing that he was talking to a politically warped mind, who no matter what the true picture of poll shows, will continue to trumpet support for his candidate.
As the poll stand, if the election is to be held today, both Trump and Hillary will represent their respective party. And some observers are already saying that battle may ultimately be between Trump and Hillary. Trump leads the polls among the pack of the Republican Party candidates, while Hillary leads the Democratic Party candidates.
Many people, including many in the media, may not like Trump as leader, for his style, just like many members of his party. But he is leading. The other day, a guy came to this reporter and said Ben Carson had taken over the lead from Trump. But Carson's lead lasted just few days and Trump is effectively back in the lead.
David Axerold, a Democratic Party strategist and a formerly chief strategist the Obama Campaign Organization said Hillary would defeat Trump and whoever emerges as the Republican Party candidate hands down. He has quickly forgotten the result of past events, when he headed the Obama's Campaign Organization against the Clinton political machine and how the almost unknown Obama defeated much touted political machine's candidate.
Axerold is certainly not different from the Sander's supporter sighted on the Path train escalator clamoring support for Sanders against Trump and Hillary, despite seeing or knowing that Sander is way back behind Hillary and that it will be a miracle for his political idol to emerge from behind Hillary to humble Trump.
The Trump phenomenon has thrown the Republican Party in disarray and the media in confusion. And instead of waiting to have an election, the Democratic Party supporters are already scoring Hillary above Trump, uncertain of what the real election result may be.
What is certain in human affairs is that today is a reality, and what will happen tomorrow is uncertain. It is for the certainty of what is happening today among the current Republican Party presidential candidates that many observers are asking whether it is not time for Jeb Bush to withdraw from the race, because political reality has caught up with Bush. And rather for others to campaign and show what they stand to offer, judging Trump based on his words has become their own campaign strategy. Media strategists say Trump will not spend money just anyhow on campaign and that this has been the way that Trump is known in term of media exposure and yet they cannot understand how the man's words are resonating with the public.
