Cop rapes woman on car's hood at gun point

Police authorities in Bayton Beach, Florida has charged one of their own men, Stephen Malorino, for raping a stranded woman he was supposed to have helped early October. The driver of a car she was a passenger had been arrested and left her stranded. Stephen raced to the scene and offered to help. He put his victim in his car with a promise to take her to the station, but detoured to another location, where he forced her on the car's hood, had carnal knowledge of her with his gun on his left hand and threatened to kill her and family if she revealed her experience.
Later in the night, Stephen's 20 year old victim reported the case at the station. Police chief Jefrey S. Katz said he is disturbed and disgusted by the nature of the complain and that the facts of case are are unconscionable.
Stephen was celebrated four years ago, when he bagged cop of the month award, and appeared on televisions for his sterling performance.
According to the Daily News, Stephen who is an eight year old veteran has been charged for armed sexual battery armed kidnapping and unlawful compensation or reward for official behavior, he is expected to be fired from his job based on a statement of a senior officer at Bayton Beach.
