CROATIA FOR FINAL!

Croatia advanced to the final of the 21st World Cup on Wednesday in Russia with the defeat of England by 2-1. Croatia will meet France in the final on Sunday, while England will vie for third place against Russia.
The first 90 minutes ended 1-1. The extra time saw the Croatians roared into victory with 109th minutes goal, from a powerful shot from the left foot of Mandzukic in Jersey No. 17, a rewarding connection from the right flank.
The encounter between Croatia and England began on a good note for England, with a foul whistle against Croatia a little way outside the box four minutes into the game.
Trippier in Jersey No. 12 took the resultant free kick, and the ball went into the net against expectations, and became England's only goal in the game.
Henceforth, both sides tried effortlessly with missing attempts at goal. The first half ended with England leading 1-0.

But the ball brushed off on the the keeper's hands and went into the midst of a melee of players and out of play.
People who had watched England's game against Columbia and saw England's defeat of Columbia from penalty shoot out after 120 minutes of play had said that the England was not invisible and could be defeated by a serious minded side. it seemed like what happened in the semi-final play against Croatia.
