Democrats' Vengeance and Republicans' Armor

The New York Times' reports on Monday that the Democrats have enough votes to filibuster on Gorsuch, meaning the party plans to obstruct the Republic Part'y's plan to confirm Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump's pick for the Supreme Court. Another news report by the BBC says that the Democrats are set to delay Gorsuch confirmation for the Supreme Court!
Gorsuch has been in the news for sometime now, meeting with members of the Congress from both the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, and followed with a public hearing. Gorsuch was scrutinized by the Congress men and women, with the public as observers. He went through the hearing in the Congress and came out sa shining armor ready for public office. No one has said anything negative to show that Gorsuch is not fit for the office he has been nominate for.
But there is a wall between him and getting to become a Supreme Court justice. The wall is the determination by the Democratic Party members in the Congress, to seek vengeance against the Republican Party, and Gorsuch's case may have been worsened by the Trump factor and the poisoning of political water by the Russians. Gorsuch is currently the victim of this malady in news reports, based on the Democratic Party's resolve. However, observers are saying that Gorscuch will only be a victim, if the Republican Party fails to match the Democratic Party in the display of political power.
Analysts have said no one seems to understand why the Democratic Party thinks it can continue to delay a case in which it is very clear that the Republican Party has a way to circumvent it. Why has the Democratic Party chosen to fight a war, which it knows very well to lose, and dissipating public energy as observers, in a war leading nowhere, but fruitless struggle.

But these days, Senator Chuck Schumer's statement that if the Republican Party cannot meet the 60 votes mark, it knows better that what to do is to replace the candidate and not to change the rule has been replayed on the cable networks new time and time again, and it has lost its relevance, because Gorsuch as a candidate is highly qualified and has no blemishes of any type to warrant replacing him..
