The truth may have surfaced over the killings in Mpeketomi in Kenya, with additional five killings there on Monday, and victims throats slashed.
According to the Daily Nation's report, witnesses said victims hands were tied to the back with ropes; throats slashed and body riddled with bullets.
Residents further explained that the victims met their end for failure to recite Islamic verses requested by the gang of ten killers.
Just few days ago, Kenya's inspector general of police, David Kimayo, said his office had called for examination of the body of attackers killed by
Kenya's military to know their nationalities.
President Uhuru Kenyatta had said the Mpeketomi killings were the handiwork of local political networks.
Raila Odinga, the opposition leader had responded that the Mpeketomi crisis should not be attributed to his party's rallies and campaigns across the country.
