Kenya Under Al-Shabaab's Consistent Attack
July 2014 By Abi Giwa

Al-Shabaab has killed another 29 people in Lamu County of Kenya this weekend, a reminder of what has become a consistent terror attack in the same county that has drawn argument between Kenya's government and the opposition party over responsibility for the gruesome attack in that area of the country.
According to the BBC, Al-Shabaab has already claimed responsibility for the latest two deadly shooting attacks and said it also had conducted various other attacks in the region. When 65 people were killed in Mpeketomi couple of weeks ago, Al-Shabaab was reported to have quickly claimed responsibility.
But a man was later said to have been arrested for faking the Al-Shabaab's tweet and this was followed by President Uhuru Kenyatta's statement that the Mpeketomi attack was handiwork of local political networks.
The opposition leader, Raila Odinga, cautioned the president against accusing fingers at his rallies and campaigns
