Lagos Boat Mishap Claims 18 Lives

13 people have died from a boat that capsized on Tuesday in Lagos, Nigeria, while five others are still missing. Five lucky survivors have been rescued by local divers.
  According to news reports, there were elementary school pupils and one student from a junior high school among the casualties.
