Alex Rodriguez's suing of the Major League Baseball,MLB, over allegations of using enhancement drugs has revealed in court papers the administration of the drugs. The New York Times' report, "Alex Rodriguez's Dummies': Files Detail Doping" showed how the slugger obtained his drugs, administered on Mondays and Fridays every week.
Observers say that rather than help him, his choice for a legal battle has opened the door for a moral issue about the right and wrong in using enhancement drugs against the rules and seeking to avoid punishment.
The papers were unsealed at the beginning of a court hearing instituted by the slugger to avoid serving the suspension slammed on him by the MLB.
